Hi Melissa why not try doing some body weight exercises, as they are more effective then the machines. Squats and lunges are great and you do not have to have any extra equipment. Hope this helps.

Exercises for the legs
Hello I have been exercising for a while now. It seems as if I am still not getting any results with my lower body. I do mostly machine work at the gym. Any suggestions for things that might help me out. Thank you.
