Please Diet Help
I am about 20 pounds over-weight and have tried most everything. Does anyone have anything they have done to get the last 15 -20 pounds off.

Hey Bill have you tried interval training yet? Pick an exercise that is safe to do this with. Go as hard as you can for one minute and recover for 2 and repeat for about 30 minutes. I have been told that this is the best way.
